1. Who we are

unspool.video is operated by Redcoco Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India. When these Terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they mean Redcoco Labs. When they refer to "you" or "your", they mean you, the person accessing or using unspool.video.

2. What these Terms cover

By creating an account or using unspool.video, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product. These Terms govern your access to the website at unspool.video and all features and services offered through it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use unspool.video. By using the product, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using unspool.video on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Your account

You sign in using a Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Intellectual property

The unspool.video interface, design, brand, and underlying systems are owned by Redcoco Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our permission.

We do not claim any rights over the outputs you generate through the platform.

YouTube videos and their content remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders. Submitting a video URL to unspool.video does not transfer, assign, or grant us any rights over that content. Outputs generated through the platform are not to be republished or commercially redistributed as standalone content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • –Use unspool.video for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
  • –Circumvent any quota, paywall, or access restriction on the platform
  • –Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

7. Free tier and paid subscription

unspool.video offers a free tier with a limited monthly quota and a paid subscription (currently Rs. 799/month) for higher usage. Specific quotas and pricing are shown on the platform and may change. We will give reasonable notice before changing pricing for existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

8. Refunds

9. Disclaimer of warranties

unspool.video is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated through the platform.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it for any purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redcoco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of unspool.video, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-party services

unspool.video integrates with third-party services including Google (for authentication) and Razorpay (for payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of unspool.video after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of unspool.video shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
