1. General policy

All payments made for unspool.video subscriptions are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a cancelled billing period.
