unspool.video ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Redcoco Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India under GST. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services at unspool.video.
By using unspool.video, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

- –Usage data: The YouTube URLs you submit, the number of playbooks you generate, and your subscription status.
- –Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
- –Analytics data: We use analytics tools to understand how the service is used, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. Once you sign in, this usage data is linked to your account. See Section 4 for details.
- –Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and usage logs collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- –Provide and operate the unspool.video service
- –Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth
- –Track your monthly playbook usage against your plan quota
- –Process subscription payments via Razorpay
- –Analyse usage patterns to improve the service
- –Respond to support requests and grievances
- –Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies & Analytics
unspool.video uses session cookies for authentication. We also use analytics tools to understand how the service is used. Once you sign in, analytics data is linked to your account so we can track product usage and improve the service. This data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will affect your ability to log in and use the service.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, storage, analytics, hosting, and payment processing. The two services you interact with directly are:

- –Razorpay, used for payments. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
All other third-party tools we use are selected to handle your data securely and only for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data:
- –Access: You can view all your generated playbooks directly in your dashboard.
- –Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated playbooks at any time by contacting us.
- –Correction: Your profile details are managed through your Google account.

8. Additional Rights for Users in the European Economic Area
If you are located in the EEA, the following additional rights apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- –Legal basis: We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you sign in) and to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you signed up for).
- –Your rights: In addition to the rights in Section 7, you have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format.
- –Data transfers: Your data may be processed by service providers located outside the EEA, including our infrastructure providers in India and our AI provider in the United States. Where this happens, we or our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
- –Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
